Harris Shuen started learning the violin at the age of 5. His teachers include Macau violinist Wong Ka, Hong Kong violinist Leung Kin Fung and Russian violinist Mark Mogilevksi. Harris graduated from the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music with a Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Music Performance and a Master of Arts and Cultural Management from the University of Melbourne. He was the assistant concertmaster of Melbourne Conservatorium of Music Symphony Orchestra, and had been invited as a guest musician to participate in Macau Orchestra concerts and Asia-Pacific United Orchestra European Tour. Harris is a member of Macau Virtuosi and performed solo at “Mozart morning, noon, night concert” for the 2014 Macau Arts Festival.


Currently Harris is the director of Macau Chamber Music Association, committee member of Macau Youth Symphony Orchestra and youth committee member of Macau Chinese Cultural Friendship Association. Harris is a violin tutor of the Macau University String Orchestra.
