Ferleoni Rodrigues obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance at the UST Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Prof. Rachelle Gerodias. A former member and acclaimed soloist of the internationally renowned and multi-awarded USTSingers under the baton of Prof. Fidel G. Calalang Jr. and had been with the choir participating in five international concert tours covering Europe, the United States, Mexico and Asia. While in school, she received the Benavides Outstanding Achievement award in which the award is conferred on students whose performance in regional, national or international competitions symbolize the University’s commitment to excellence, and was the first Prize winner in the 2007 National Music Competition for Young Artists (NAMCYA).

Ferleoni was featured soloist of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra production of the Messiah and the Christmas Carol tradition by the acclaimed British conductor, David Wordsworth at the Folk Arts Theater, the TPCC Christmas Concert by The Philharmonic Chamber Choir and the Singapore Bible College Singers conducted by Wong Lai Foon at the Esplanade Concert Hall in Singapore. She also played a role in the UST production of Johann Strauss II’s popular operetta in three acts, < Die Fledermaus > (The Bat) and in the < Love Unspoken >Concert, featuring an operatic setting of excerpts from various operas, operettas, and Broadway musicals, both held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

In Feb 2010, she had her debut solo performance, featuring our National Artist for Music, Lucio San Pedro’s Immortal works with the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO) for their Signature Series, 27th Season, conducted by Agripino Diestro at the Cultural Center of the Philippines’ Main Theater.

Following this, she became one of the most sought after Classical Singers at the Venetian Macau Resort, regularly performing to large audiences in the Streetmosphere Opera Shows. She was thrilled to perform all over Asia including Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and South Korea. During which time, she received several awards including the Venetian Entertainment Award for Excellence for “Best Voice” and winning the Best Performance Award at The 26th Korea World Festival.

Ferleoni as a classical soprano, constantly strives to improve technical skills that will allow to continued professional and musical development. With patience, humility, hard work and determination, she seeks new challenges and incredible opportunity for both her artistic growth and personal growth. Most importantly she wants to use her love of the performing arts to motivate and inspire young people and encourage budding talents..
